Delete your account

You can delete your AnyMap account at any time. It takes your data with it, on every phone. It cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. Open AnyMap and sign in.
  2. On HOME, tap your picture to open your profile.
  3. Tap the gear at the top right.
  4. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then DELETE.

Without the app

Write to hello@anymap.bike from the email address you sign in with. We delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What we delete

  • Your account: email address, username, color and profile picture.
  • Your rides and their recordings.
  • Your workouts and the workouts you finished.
  • Your chat messages.
  • Your sign-ins on every phone.

What stays

  • Routes you added to the world stay for other riders, without your name.
  • Records of purchases stay, without a link to you. The stores and tax law need them.
  • What is on your phone stays there until you delete the app.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not stop a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or on Google Play.
